DEI Statement

At Insight Behavior Partnership we believe that diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) are essential components of our mission to provide exceptional care to our patients and support our staff. We believe that individual differences and our unique lived experiences drive us collectively toward innovation, creativity, and success. We recognize that systemic inequalities and biases can create barriers to equitable health outcomes for marginalized communities, and we are committed to taking action to address these issues. Our commitment to DEI is not just a statement; it is an ongoing process that involves intentional actions to ensure that all individuals who interact with our organization feel valued, respected, and included. We recognize that creating an inclusive and equitable organizational culture requires continuous learning, self-reflections, and a willingness to make necessary changes, and we strive to incorporate these values into our company policies and daily operations.

Committed Action Towards DEI

Insight Behavior Partnership is taking the follow actions to ensure that we are continuously improving and evolving to meet the diverse needs of our local community in meaningful ways:

  • Conducting regular training and self-assessments related to bias, cultural humility, and inclusive practices for all team members including leadership.

  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to attract, retain, and promote diverse staff members at all levels of the organization.

  • Conducting ongoing assessments of our workplace culture, policies, and practices to identify areas for improvement and ensure that our DEI efforts are effective in moving toward growing a workforce that is increasingly representative of the diverse populations in our geographic area.

  • Providing high-quality care to all patients regardless of their race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, or other personal characteristics while collecting and analyzing data to assess the impact of our policies and practices in eliminating disparities in patient health outcomes.

  • Collaborating with external organizations and advocacy groups to identify and address healthcare disparities affecting marginalized communities.
